The lifeline is for my 90yr old mother in law. The website was easy to use and physical setting up was straightforward for other family members who hadn't hitherto been involved. Well done!

My lifeline arrived the day after ordering and was ready to set up. It works right down to the end of my garden. About 50 metres.

It doesn't clam to do what I had thought so I am returning it. You promised my a returns label a week ago, I am still waiting for it! Please do as you said you would do.

Purchase for mom to give her a little more security. Order went well and delivered next day. Followed instructions to set up and after a bit of trial and retrial it was up and running. Activated the system to set it up and with guidance from some very friendly call handlers she is up and running. Until she misplaced the fob but we will sort at if it happens!

I got this for my Dad after he had a fall recently. I’m constantly worried he’s going to fall again and not be able to get to the phone, now I can have some peace of mind knowing he’ll get help if needed. Very easy set up and lovely helpful staff.

Since purchasing the alarm the service has been excellent. From setting up and first test to answering our queries. Never had to use the actual service, but the occasion we had an issue due to a fault on line with Talk Talk they were aware. Happy that the system works as it should.

Here I am on Monday still waiting delivery. Don't know if this is your fault or Royal Mail. My 93 year old mother in law needs it urgently.

Was supposed to have turned next day delivery it didn't so now we are going to have to spend another day travelling and taking time off work to install it for my elderly father in law we live 3.5 hours away so so far nt impressed with the service your edvert does say nex day delivery

As you ordered after 10 pm on Friday, the alarm was sent out using a next-day delivery to arrive on Monday morning. Again, I would like to apologise for any confusion caused. Got this installed for my elderly parents to give them reassurance if they needed emergency help quickly after both having a few falls. Done initial checks & all ok so far Happy they can feel a bit safer
