“I think it’s a wonderful piece of equipment, excellent delivery service arriving next day, A lot easier to set up than I expected. First time I tested it, the response I had with your operator was first class. So I am well and truly satisfied with it.”

“I ordered the pendant online for my 87 year old mum. It arrived the next day and was really easy to set up. Hopefully she won’t need to use it but it gives me peace of mind knowing that help is at hand 24/7. Thank you Lifeline.”

“Very good initial telephone support prior to order, prompt next day delivery as promised. Easy set-up at home and very straight forward live testing. Happy now that my parents have an immediate lifeline to the emergency services and to myself and brother.”

“Lifeline 24 were a pleasure to deal with, explaining fully how the system works and offering a fitting service if required (which we did not as the lifeline is very simple to set up yourself), options on how we could pay for it and very professional when it came to the final connection set up. For peace of mind at home knowing a quick response team is at hand we would highly recommend Lifeline24.”

“Received product on time, as expected. Instructions very easy to follow. Setup as instructed, removing 3 telephones from the main BT socket, and reattaching as instructed. Tested the main device and made contact with the Lifeline Operator, and proceeded to test the pendant device in a couple of locations and while another phone had a ringtone. Operators friendly and aware of who I was each time I tested, even though they were different Operators. Perfect”

“Ordered it on a Friday afternoon and set it up the following day, after my father aged 89 fell in his room in the early hours of the morning and had to wait 4 hours until he was found. Two days after setting it up (yesterday) we received a phone call at 4 am from Lifeline, saying the alarm had been activated but they could not make out what my father was shouting. Jumped in the car only to find my Father on the floor again, except this time he didn't have to wait for someone to find him. Lifeline has paid for itself in the first week of use and giving us the reassurance he is safe. We opted for him to wear the wrist band as opposed to around the neck... a great little piece of kit and highly recommend it!”
