“Purchased lifeline system for my mother and father, my mother a long term wheelchair bound patient, my father as her carer; more recently suffered a collapse and an unconscious episode. Lifeline staff were professional, calm, kind and informative to me throughout the buying process and form filling, When I raised some questions, related to the forms to be completed, regarding my father as a second user, they were quick to respond and reassuring. Easy installation with very appropriate verbal responses when the alarm was tested. A few issues to resolve mainly related to the interference from the multiple 'phones in the house but I have some peace of mind, for if and when the next crisis occurs.”

“Your service so far has been excellent - I could not ask for better. A minor point is that I have not yet set up your equipment as I note that a special filter needs to be connected to my broad-band hub. Knowing my own capabilities, I should probably make a mess of this so I am getting our computer expert to do it for me.”

“It looks easy to fit and install and you think "no it won't work that easy" but it really does. Plug and go. It does what it says on the box. For something that simple to be a life saver there really is no complaint at all. Would highly recommend it to anyone who's thinking about it.”
