“Excellent service from sales team. Prompt & clear rely to e-mail questions. Following day Commissioning was easy (apart from 2nd diagram in Step 1 - Cable 'D' is shown as being short; it is actually the long one. The pendant comfortable to wear & easy to activate when needed. (Accidental pushing of button unlikely). Base unit has good range which was our main reason for choosing LifeLine24.”

“From my initial phone call enquiry to setting up and testing the alarm we’ve been so impressed with the professional, friendly and helpful staff. Easy to use equipment. Next day delivery. Hope we never have to use the equipment but it has provided us with peace of mind which is invaluable.”

The alarms we use are designed as 'plug and play' systems. Meaning that they simply need to be plugged into the phone line and a power source, the same way as an ordinary telephone.
