“I am impressed with the way everything was handled from start to finish, my sister and I have done this for my mother, and oh my god has it made a huge difference already, my mum is actually sleeping better at night knowing she has her alarm if she gets scared at night with health issues, and it certainly gives me peace of mind even though I only live a short distance away...”

“I feel confident that my mother can stay at home without a carer being present 24x7. We had a number of false alarms whilst she got used to Lifeline but she has had an unfailingly polite and supportive response from the people on the help desk giving me confidence that a real emergency would be handled in an efficient and speedy manner.”

“I am very pleased with my lifeline. It has given me and my family peace of mind.My son who lives with me sleeps very deeply at night and he was so worried if I needed him in the night he would not hear me. so now that has taken the stress for him.The service you provide is excellent, we ordered one day and received on the very next day. “excellent service ordered pendant alarm at 1630 on a fri and it was delivered on sat morning 0830 set it up which was very easy to do and tested it and was up and running staff on the phone were very helpful and caring good value and peace of mind that at the press of a button the calvary are on the way”

“The alarm was delivered the very next day and was easy to install and test. We did have an issue with the pendant not responding to the alarm, but the customer service team and the response staff were very patient and helpful and we were issued a completely new alarm kit which all works perfectly. I now have peace of mind that my 90 year old mother who is registered low vision and wears 2 hearing has an immediate lifeline and so can continue her independence .Very happy thank you .”

“The whole process of ordering and setting up the Lifeline 24 device was extremely easy. So far I have only had contact with the operators whilst testing the unit but found them very helpful and professional. Hopefully I will only have contact with them once a month when testing the unit.”
