“The ordering recess was very easy and the unit arrived within three days. Setting the unit up was very simple and the test process was handled really well with the operator in the contact centre. The wrist band is very unobtrusive for my mum. I’m very reassured with the response.”

“When thinking about a review I thought it would be good to come up with suggestions on how installation and testing could be made easier. Sorry but I failed. It was so easy I don't think it could be made be improved”

“Lifeline 24 was very easy to install and has given me piece of mind about my elderly parents being able to get help urgently should it be needed. I bought 2 pendants, one for each of them. Thankfully we haven't needed to use the system yet as it's only been installed for just over a week but it does mean I can now go out and know help will be called should the need arise. (My parents have just moved into an annexe we have had built at our home). Testing the pendants was very easy and the distance testing was also excellent.”

“Lifeline so far has gave me a piece of mind for my 96 year old grandma, simple to use. When doing the tests the operators were quick to answer and seemed very polite and friendly. She hasn't had to use it for real fingers crossed but I feel assured if something was to happen she'd be well looked after.”

“I ordered Lifeline 24 for my 91 year old mother, more for my peace of mind than hers. Now I know should she fall or injure herself she won’t be left lying on the floor for hours with no one knowing she needs help. I ordered it the day before her 91st Birthday so as she would get her package delivered on her actual Birthday and lifeline sent her package tied with a ribbon and a Happy Birthday note, such excellent and personalised service. Thank you”
