NOTE of CAUTION - if you you PAY AN ANNUAL FEE and for any reason need to cancel the service within the year for any reason (after the initial 30 day period) - YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND OR REBATE. This does not make sense - the company do not need to monitor the alarm and have had the equipment returned - so they are clearly saving money. SO BE WARNED [if you pay monthly just one moth notice period]

Staff incredibly helpful and understanding. Excellent description of how it works. Pendant arrived on day stated and in delivery window. Very kind to dad when he accidentally set alarm off 2 nights running! Would highly recommend.

After an initial problem ordering online, the correct unit was dispatched. Easy to set up , especially with the help from the team at LIife Connect. Am now reassured that should I have a problem there will always be someone on hand to sort it out.

Easy to purchase, set up and use! Bought for my mother after a fall, fractured hip and arms. She wants to return to independent living and this has made this possible for her to return to her own home with more peace of mind. She is wearing this as a pendant.

I cannot fault the equipment and the response from staff on setting up the unit . This was super efficient, very friendly and super helpful . However, when calling the company a day earlier to enquire why we had not received our order the man who dealt with the call was extremely rude and dismissive, even ending the call without saying goodbye. Not a great advert for your company!

There was a bit of confusion,when I had a replacement buzzer, it wouldn't connect, cos at the same time a change of internet supply into which telephone lead had to be put into the hub instead of the socket. Spoke to a very polite and helpful young,sorry don't remember his name he was very helpful and explained things. So that took over the frustration of the first part of this feed back. Hopefully now that everything is going digital this will help you to change a few things in paper instruction. All in all I'm so glad I have a buzzer again on my wrist. Like the new style Buzzer it looks more like a fashion accessory.

I chose wrong package first as did not operate with my phone's but was put on right path by operator and received right equipment which is now up and running perfectly

It was my iniative to have this, for peace of mind for friends and relatives - increasingly so as I get wobblier and more likely to fall in house and garden. My recent problem with it has been the over-sensitivity of the call button which I wiear round my neck, but that is a fault on the right side. Your responders are always courteous about re-setting it. even when I am not. I am irritated about being disturbed by the offer of help when I don't need it!

Seems fine but not used for its purpose so cannot comment. Sent for postal form as google auto complete interrupts trying to fill the form in and was a nightmare switched of auto complete but switched itself on again so gave up. My wife and I got to fall dongles in our package but once again the paper form does not leave room for two users I phone in the end and gave our details and shall just fill any odd details not completed by phone, also there seems no means of the operator knowing which of us has alerted the respective dongle my concern is if I fall in the garden and my wife who is housebound could think she had set it off in error and say all was well and I could be in trouble out side. As I say cannot really comment until it’s needed every one I have spoken to is very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the product.

Always helpful when answering the call. Very reassuring. All calls made so far are because you requested checking or ad the result of constant small power cuts. I have now registered with SSE the supplier as a priority customer. Thank you all for your help. Felicity Rickard
