“Yeah price was good compared to many and staff was friendly and honest when it came to making a game plan best for me with my epilepsy in what it would and wouldn't detect. Over all very happy, was impressed with the short top up charge time being I have to be wearing it near 24/7.”

“Phoned me and took AGES to say a single word. Damned annoying. then spoke rambling on and on and NOT listening when I asked him to repeat who / what the company was and he just kept talking over me and eventually hung up. DAMNED ANNOYING. The MOST annoying irresponsible and abusive call I have had all week and I get plenty of cold calls such as this and considering I am on the TPS, your company acts against the law and with damned rude staff. I AM FURIOUS AT THE MANNER YOUR STAFF CONDESCEND AND ABUSE.”

“I found the company so easy to deal with and very efficient. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful which made the whole process easy from buying the alarm to setting it up. I spoke to Miles in customer services at 11am and by 11am the next day the alarm was setup and working. I would highly Lifeline 24”

“Lifeline 24 is an excellent service that brings me great peace of mind knowing I can summon help at the push of a button which is always around my neck. Their answering service is impeccable. On a couple of occasions the backup battery in my base station has failed and it is no hassle - their support service reassures that the machine will still work and a replacement is with me the very next morning - no hassle, no additional cost. I am very pleased to have LifeConnect 24 looking after me.”
