Quick delivery and efficient set up. Wearing the wrist band gives me peace of mind. It was recommended by a neighbour who researched the market for her father. I am recently widowed and have mobility issues so It gives me great confidence when I am in my own

I ordered a Lifeline 24 for my Mum. It arrived a day later, the service was very quick and help desk excellent. I found the equipment very straightforward to install (I did this for my Mum as at 83 she is unable to get down to plug in the sockets etc) It has given both myself and my Mum peace of mind, knowing that if she does fall whilst she is home alone she can press her button and summon help.

As I am now living alone I thought I ought to have a back-up system for any emergencies. System works even from the bottom of my garden. Gives me peace of mind knowing that someone will come if needed .

Never pay this company by debit or credit card. I have paid a full years subscription of which about 2 months was used when mum went into a care home. No refund for the remaining months was given. They tried to charge me £49 for a lost pendant which went missing on an emergency hospital admission (would they re-use this anyway when someone has worn it?). When I refused to pay they have taken the payment by card anyway from an 84 year olds bank account with no authorisation. Disgusted.

Very reassuring to now have this fall detector after my mother had a nasty black out period. Everyone at Lifeline has been very helpful on the phone, from my initial query, through to set up and a couple of false alarms. My only comment is that putting your hand over the face of the wrist alarm doesn’t seem to be cancelling the call and my mother is now a bit anxious about making unnecessary false alarm calls.

Nasty skin reaction where uncovered battery touches skin on wrist after only 3 days of wearing. No known allergies. Surely the battery should be covered with plastic like the rest of the wrist monitor. Covering with tape/material is likely to be a poor substitute for a properly manufactured cover.Trudy Matthews, step-daughter

Dear Eileen, Thank you for leaving us your feedback and for bringing our attention to this problem. I am very sorry to hear of the reaction your Step-Mother has experienced. The Vibby Fall Detector that your Step-Mother wears should not have an exposed battery. There should be a silver battery covering with the brand 'Tunstall' and some other writing. Additionally, the material the Vibbys are made from is designed so as to not cause allergic reactions. Because of this, I have arranged for a replacement Vibby to be sent to her address in the hopes that this will solve the problem. Along with this, I will include Freepost Packaging for you to return the Fall Detector, so we can investigate what may have caused this. If you experience further difficulties then we will need to look into other alternatives. Again I would like to apologise for any upset or inconvenience this has caused you. From the my first contact with the Team at Lifeline I have been very impressed with the professional service I have received. All the staff I have spoken to have been kind, helpful and courteous. My order was processed very quickly and I received the alarm system the following morning & it was installed and working in my Mothers house within a few hours. I now have reassurance that should my Mother need assistance the Lifeline Team will be there to ensure that she gets the help she needs. Thank you.

Fantastic service ! Thank you. Easy set up. Only lengthy part is putting in the responders. I would recommended having all the information to hand before starting ! I didn’t want one but now I have it I’m appreciating having the security of knowing there’s always someone there.
