“Delighted with ease of ordering, lightning delivery, easy installation and friendly voices on the set-up calls which were on a loud speaker with very good volume and clarity. Long range is very good for the pendant to work (ie the end of the garden) and it is water resistant so ideal for the bathroom. Highly recommended (although of course not yet tested in a real emergency).”

“Service is very good and when we test the box we get a very rapid and helpful response. The button has been accidentally pushed and the response team are great about it. The only slightly negative comment is that when we were due for renewal we were chased for payment a month early. My mum received a letter demanding immediate payment although it was not actually due for 3 weeks. Other than that we are happy with the service”

“Set up of this device the Lifeline24 alarm was easy. My son had no problems at all. Checking in after installation was simple. The delivery of package was as quick as stated. I just feel so at ease now and have peace of mind that if I do happen to have an accident or fall at home, I know that somebody will be with me ASAP. I could not be happier with the product.”

“The service was great and in all honesty I can not see where any improvements are necessary. The next day delivery was prompt, and my daughter had no difficulty in setting up the connection. I regret as a lady looking to celebrate her ninety birthday later this year, I didn't attempt to do the job myself. The safety net you have provided is a blessing for both me and my family. “Very pleased with the quality of information given with my first enquiry. On deciding to have lifeline 24 for my mother, the pack arrived the following day at the time stated. It was very straightforward to set up, with guidance from someone who made it all very simple and easy to do. Fortunately we have not had to test the response to an emergency yet, but I do not anticipate any problem.”

“Placed the order on the 22 Feb 2016. Paid the £163. Order arrived the next day. I duly completed the registration form on line and received confirmation that it was sent/received. Have pushed the red button several times. I get through to the call centre but they state that they have no information so cannot proceed. Told me to phone back at a later date as they were behind inputting new customers. It is now the 7th March and Lifeline 24 still state that they have no information. The only information I have received is an email asking me to review their service. Yes, very quick to take the money but very very poor thereafter. The system is for my mother who requires a Lifeline. There has been no follow up whatsoever. Can this company be trusted.”

“I cannot fault the experiance. I called twice and was amswerred imidiately both times by a very pleasent lady that answerred my questions perfectly. Followed up by a couple of emails , one of which showed a map of where the driver was, the delivery point and a close estimate of delivery. Once the order was placed I knew exactly what was happening through the process without needing to do anything (exept read my emails).”
