“it seemed ok but then the 'final steps' there was an issue and the whole house of cards collapsed”

“Fantastic service from Lifeline. I ordered a unit for my mother - it was there the next day and it was very easy to install and test. Huge peace of mind for her and all of her family. Would 100% recommend anyone to get one.”

“For me the big advantage of the Lifeline 24 personal alarm over systems where you purchase an alarm system and then have to contact friends/family for help or the emergency services if needed, all I have to do is press the pendant button which is permanently round my neck and the rest is taken care of by the monitoring team who are there always.”

“We got the Lifeline and Key Safe for my Dad who now lives alone. Hopefully, he’ll never have to use it, but it’s reassuring to know he can summon help, if required. The next day delivery was great, as was the simple set up process. The calls were answered promptly during the set up process and the people who responded to the calls were polite and professional. Thank you.”
