Ordering procedure was straightforward and delivery as promised. Instructions to set up were good. On set up the unit dialled the wrong number. Not a good start. The help team response was reassuring but on testing again I could here the helpers voice clearly but she could only here me intermittently. A new unit will be delivered in a couple of days but this means a wasted trip from Huddersfield to Harrogate and having to do it all over again. Very disappointed and now worried about future reliability. Help team are courteous and well trained.

I ordered a life line 24 system for my father, i ordered it Friday afternoon and it came Saturday afternoon, I installed it on the Sunday and the set up was so simple the call handlers do it all for you. I’m so happy my father has this protection as it gives the whole family piece of mind.

Good website. Easy to order and arrived the next day. Really quick to set up. Testing was simple. All dealings with Lifeline staff was very helpful and friendly. Gives peace of mind for us knowing our parents can get help quickly.

I arranged for a lifeline on behalf of my dad, following the death of my mum, to give him peace of mind when on his own in the house. The whole process was seamless made easier by the really kind, friendly staff. Thank you

Its not plug in and play and requires your siblings to set up (which is difficult in the self isolation environment) but once set up is great

My dad has received the equipment thanks, but we are working on getting it installed! as he can't manage that him self. We learned you don't provide any help doing that..

At the moment my mother has received the equipment but nobody has been to instal does she have to do this herself only she is 91years of age full marks once installed

Everything worked fine whilst my mum had the system however. When she passed away they wanted all the equipment returning including the pendent. She was wearing this when taken into hospital and unfortunately passed away whilst there. We never received the pendent back from the hospital and thought nothing of it. Now lifeline24 are demanding it to be returned or we shall be charged £49 for it. Currently getting no help from their customer service and zero sympathy. All they did was offer to lower the charge to £20. Remember when saying goodbye to your loved ones to take the pendent back off of them. Unfortunately I never got a chance to say goodbye to my mum. Words cannot describe what I feel towards Lifeline24.
