“Excellent service and extremely useful piece of equipment. Very easy to install and set up. As soon as I set it up I tested it straight away and the call was answered almost immediately. Very helpful and friendly staff and it gives you peace of mind should you need help but are unable to get to the phone by just pressing the button.”

“Although the item took three days to arrive the overall service from Lifeline24 has been excellent. After having only submitted details yesterday the unit is up and running today providing peace of mind for both my 94 year old mother and ourselves. The installation and activation of the unit was so easy with excellent instructions making it foolproof. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lifeline24”

I am, however, sorry to hear that your order took three days to arrive. I can confirm that it was dispatched using a Royal Mail 24 service on Monday 16th April, and so should have arrived on Tuesday 17th April. “Excellent device. Easy to order, came next day and was very easy to set up. Only one downside A telephone splitter was needed which I didn’t know in advance so delayed being able to use device.”

“I received an email notification from you asking me to add an extra emergency contact detail, which I had every intention of doing anyway. I have sent you 2 emails so far requesting instructions on how to change my contacts information but have had no replies except for this review form. I will try to phone customer services to see whether I can get in the information I require.”
