Item delivered the day after placing order. Easy to set up and very good response from emergency call handler upon testing. The range is fantastic, so if my mother falls to the rear or front of her house, I know that the emergency call can be made. Great service

easy to order & very helpful sales staff ,prompt delivery easy to install with clear instructions & the girls on the end of the lifeline which we pressed when setting up were friendly & helpful it has made my father feel much more relaxed in his home knowing he is one press away from help, so far 10 out of 10, thanks to all of the lifeline team, dave

i feel so confident going out in the garden and being able to shower/ going about daily activities that i was to scared to do before. just knowing you can get help and not have to wait for family members to visit.

As I live a distance away from my mother I now have a peace of mind should she fall, I now know she wouldn’t lie unattended for hours, as she has her bracelet alarm on

I ordered this for my mother and it arrived very promptly. The set up was very straightforward and the staff that we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. My mother feels more confident now she knows there’s always somebody there to help if need be.

Very easy to set up and gives peace of mind that should my father need assistance in an emergency we have a system in place to get immediate help to him.

The main reason is that I stopped worrying about who would help me if I had an accident at home. Since it was installed I have had real peace of mind.

As soon as all of the information for lifeline was sent back to them we were quickly up and running. The kit arrived within 2 days and the set up was very simple. My Dad now feels confident he has extra support at home.

I feel a lot safer now wearing my alarm button, knowing that if anything happens someone will know and get me help

It has given me and my family peace of mind as I know if I have a fall and can’t get up I can get help .

I’m rather disappointed wth my wrist alarm. It has gone off twice accidentally. It’s then difficult to stop. Secondly i have very thin skin and it has bruised my wrist. Third I thought I would be covered for a greater area. If i fell out walking I’m not covered Your comments would be appreciated

I am very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have had with the Fall Detector and the bruising you have experienced. A member of our Customer Service team will call you very shortly to ensure you are not left with an alarm which is not suitable for you. Our Falls Detectors are designed for those who are unable to press their pendants, for example, for people prone to fainting or blackouts. This does mean that they are very sensitive to ensure they do go off when needed. If you do not fall under this category, the standard MyAmie Pendant can be more than suitable. All of our alarms are designed for use within the home and have a range of 100metres. I am sorry to hear this was not better explained to you at the point of order.
