Dear Mike, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the alarm was not suitable for you. Looking into your account I can see that unfortunately, you were unable to use the alarm as you do not have a working phone line. Our alarms do require a phone line in order to make calls to our Alarm Response Centre. For customers such as yourself without a phone line, we can arrange a GSM alarm, which works similarly to a mobile phone. I am very sorry to hear that the alarm did not work for you. “I had an unfortunate lower spinal injury, I’m only 31, and used LifeLine 24 for a full year. I found them to be extremely helpful, and helped me to feel safer in my little flat. Suffering intensive spinal spasms that could last for hours. Not always being an emergency, but just to know that if I were to fall and not be near a phone, all I had to do was use my alarm pendant. I actually used to sell these alarm pendants when I was 20yrs of age, and would tell my customers of all ages, if I needed one I would get myself one, and there you go, I was true to my word. Thank you LifeLine 24.”

“Organised a life line for my mother last week. Easy setup friendly assistance from call centre if required. Happened to have a power cut that afternoon. Life line were straight in contact making sure my mum was ok Excellent service”

“An initial gift from my two daughters after banging my head in the garden several years ago which required some hospital treatment As they often work abroad they feel much happier and I do too. And.....it's always nice to hear a calm and cheerful voice when I check in every month.”
