“Only tested it so far which worked well. Hope never to need it, a bit like insurance, so can’t comment on how it works in practice, but no reason to think it won’t do exactly what it claims.”

“I informed the company a year ago that we would not need this device in 2021. I have emails confirming the cancellation of the service. They have just taken £174 from my bank account.”

As our systems are provided on a rental basis, the equipment does need to be returned in order for us to close an account. Upon receipt of the equipment, your refund will be processed. “I found it very easy to set up and it works fine. I am hard of hearing I found the loudspeaker a little soft is the operator able to invrease the volume or respond to my mobile by text ?”

“Wrist band seems a little sensitive the slightest knock sets it off Also lead leading from machine to phone line too short”
