“The set up was well explained and successful. It is a bit early to be able to make further comments. We do note that when the telephone now rings both it and the alarm also ring one after the other. Perhaps it is supposed to be like this.”

“I was concerned that I could have a stroke or a heart attack during the night and that no-one would know as I live on my own. I wear the alarm round my wrist at night and feel now that I could get help if I needed it.”

“We ordered the Lifeline 24 and it arrived as promised. We filled in the online registration forms and awaited the confirmation email. Once we received the confirmation email we literally plugged in the alarm unit and pressed the red alarm button, the staff were friendly and helpful as they guided us through the setup procedure which only took around five minutes. It took just over twenty four hours from ordering to to being fully functioning, it could not be any simpler. We now have piece of mind that my 92 year old Auntie has someone there when we aren’t.”

“Lifeline came up with a solution for my mother, who has no telephone line upstairs and an old rambling house. The Lifeline 24 GSM operates on a mobile signal and was easy to install, so much so that I had to call customer services to make sure it was really that easy! The team were very reassuring throughout, delivery was next day, and I now have confidence that she will actually use the alarm if she needs to.”

“I ordered a Lifeline 24 for my Dad who is 96 and living alone. The delivery was very quick as was the set up - the lifeline was active and in use less than 24 hours after I made the order. The staff who responded to my calls during the set up process were very helpful (Rachel and Anna). I am very impressed so far and my Dad is clearly feeling reassured that he has a lifeline to help him in the event of an emergency.”

“pre purchase queries answered very clearly, both e-mail & 'phone. Unit has been wall mounted; drilling guide would have been helpful. Would have been useful at start of form to state what information would be required; needed to make contact AGAIN for e-mail addresses.”
