Far to exspensive for what it is very hard to get key holder back in box and was meant to come with wrist band which I didn’t receive would not have got it had I realised how expensive it was

Dear Philomena, Thank you for leaving your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you have found the system to be expensive and you did not receive the wristband you were expecting. A member of our Customer Service team will be in touch very shortly to organise a wristband for you. We are the cheapest national provider of the system and will price match should you be able to find the same system for less. My daughter asked me to get an alarm after a stroke she is reassured I will be able to summon help easier and faster. Delivered next day easy to set up and check its working OK x Happy to feel safer in my home x

Impressed with the initial efficiency and professionalism Box arrived safely I have a physical disability. It would have been good to have someone visit with the box and fit it and explain things.

Only just set up so no actual experience of use yet to review (hopefully won’t need to !) purchase sales team excellent full of advise most helpful Delivery fast arrived next day after ordering after 5pm Set up seemed easy enough Peace of mind for my mother is hopefully achieved with this device Thank you So far 10/10

I’m hoping the service is going to get better. The unit was delivered to the wrong address, the direct debit mandate wasn’t set up and you took the full amount out of my account straight away. It was apparently a computer glitch but we have set it up today and the information still hasn’t been sent over to the call centre I’m assured it has now been done But I’m lacking in confidence

Dear Belinda, Thank you for getting in touch and for leaving us your feedback. I am sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced with the setup of your account. I have organised for a member of our friendly Customer Service team to call you to ensure that you have received your alarm and the account is now set up as you expected. I can confirm that we have now received several successful tests from your alarm with the full profile you set up online. I believe there has been a bit of a miscommunication. Our Fall Detector plan when ordered online is taken as an Annual subscription. The full payment is taken when you place your order. We do also request a Direct Debit mandate but this is set up for the following year. I can see that you have since been in touch with our team who have amended your plan to be taken three-monthly in the following years. Just installed my new lifeline 24 box ,it was so easy to set up. I done the test by pressing the red button around my neck , within a minute I had a person talking to me through the lifeline 24 box. So pleased with the package.

I called to cancel the lifeline service as my mum is end of life and I was not allowed a refund. I have paid for 3 months and because 4 days over cooling off I was not entitled to anything. Even though my mum has 24 hrs if that. They wanted me to see if someone else could use the service and when returning the equipment I am expected to pay. I find this very bad for a grieving family.

Please be reassured there is no charge for the return of the equipment. I can confirm that a Freepost label was emailed to you at the point of cancellation. From looking into the account I can see that you did order the first 3 months upfront but are now almost 2 months into your plan. You are more than welcome to hold onto the system for the remainder of your term or we can organise for a family member or friend to make use of the remaining time. Had the alarm put in for my husband to allow peace of mind if I am not at home with him as he prone to falls and mini strokes. Installed 2 months ago but thankfully not had cause to use system. Son in law installed system for us and whole business was completed in half an hour. Customer service excellent and price just right. So glad we had this system. We can breathe out now!

The lifeline system as given our family peace of mind that if my mum was to fall at anytime she has the capability to call for help. Very reassuring.
