“Ordered at 4pm on Friday, delivered on Saturday and I set it up for Dad on the Sunday. All very easy a great service. Now gives my mum peace of mind that she can go out without the constant worry of him falling over and nobody knowing. Thank you”

“I arranged for this system to be sent to a relative some distance away from me. From initial enquiry to final activation the Lifeline team have been most helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this organisation.”

“Hopeless, tried to charge me £154per month DD, instead of £119 per month. Asked for a refund of £171 and I'm still waiting 0 out 10”

Dear Mr Page, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the renewal price on your annual plan. The price of £119 is for the first year of our service as this is currently on a special offer where you receive 3 months free in the first year. All subsequent years are charged at the full annual price. I am sorry that our offer to honour the reduced price of £119 per year upon your renewal was not agreeable to you. With regards to the refund, I can see that your account is currently pending closure. As soon as the rented alarm base unit and pendant are received and processed by our returns team a refund will be issued. We will notify yourself as soon as this has been processed. “Item arrived on time and was easy to set up and carry out the tests. As my father in law stated it is great for when you are indoors or the garden, but what happens when you walk to the paper shop early in the morning and something happens. maybe the developers could invent/produce something that works everywhere. Maybe connect the emergency alarm to a mobile phone.or a similar device in his pocket. He presses the alarm and the mobile phone or something similar in his pocket automatically contacts you. and you speak to him using the phone/device the same as you do when he is at home. It could possibly be fitted with a tracker which activates when pressed. A lot of accidents etc to older people happen away from their home. This would give protection 24/7 everywhere.”

“The package was received next day, with no issues, Royal Mail kept me upto date with progress by email. The unit was easy to set up, impressed with the fall detector for my mother. The Care Team were also very helpful in advising the next steps, throughout the test process.”
