The alarm was delivered the very next day and was easy to install and test. We did have an issue with the pendant not responding to the alarm, but the customer service team and the response staff were very patient and helpful and we were issued a completely new alarm kit which all works perfectly. I now have peace of mind that my 90 year old mother who is registered low vision and wears 2 hearing has an immediate lifeline and so can continue her independence .Very happy thank you .

The purchase process for Lifeline 24 was straightforward and delivery took place the following day. The information required to provide the service was straightforward to input and processed very quick. The instructions were comprehensive and the device was easy to connect and test. The call centre staff were helpful and informative throughout.

The whole process of ordering and setting up the Lifeline 24 device was extremely easy. So far I have only had contact with the operators whilst testing the unit but found them very helpful and professional. Hopefully I will only have contact with them once a month when testing the unit.

very straightforward to order, delivery was within 24 hours it is very easy to set up and the operational check was very professionally handled and not complicated at all very pleased with the product which offers me the security i require

So easy to complete an application and the equipment arrived the next day. Mum set it off by mistake but response was excellant as was the advice.

Although I am a pretty fit 81 year old, this has given me and my daughters peace of mind. At least I know that if I fall I do not have to worry if I cannot get up. The same applies to my daughters.

The process of getting the 24/7 lifeline service was easy to follow. The staff I dealt with where very knowledgeable and friendly. The only part of the process that I found challenging was filling in the new customer form. That was because you need details such as your GP details and the recipients of an emergency calls details (eg Doctors address and telephone numbers) to complete the process. However after getting the service setup, I’m very happy and content with the service provided.

A brilliant service for peace of mind. I set this up for my elderly parents and on occasions it has been set off by mistake due to my father having mobility problems and the response has always been quick. The family can rest easy knowing help is just a push button away.

It was really straight forward right from ordering to the on line forms, the live chat was helpful initially when I had some questions prior to ordering, the delivery was fast and the set up was easy, also good that the unit rings when the landline rings which makes it easier for my dad to hear.

Lifeline gave us peace of mind for my 91 year old Mother. She has used it by accident, but the Lifeline response team were more than professional and understanding, putting my Mother at ease for the incident.
