“Lifeline, is what it says. I lay on the floor for six hours when I fell, this was when I ordered my lifeline. Don't ever want to go through that again!”

“Does exactly what it says. I’ve got total peace of mind for my mum now as she’s had a couple of falls in the house over the past few months and ended up stuck on the floor, unable to call anyone. Now with just a press of a button she can let someone know and we will either be contacted to help her or an ambulance will he called”

“A the system is'nt yet up and running or even tested its a bit early to give an opinion. So far so good - a very rapid response and impressive hardware. Am,however,disappointed with the wrist strap which is pretty poor and not in keeping with the quality of the rest of the equipment. Why cant it be more like a wristwatch strap without the loose end flapping about?”

“Very straightforward to order , arrived the next day and only took a few minutes to set up . Excellent customer care. The whole idea of having Lifeline 24 brings a great feeling of reassurance and comfort . Couldn’t recommend it more .”

“The equipment was received within 24 hours and the instructions made it easy to set up. Although I haven’t used for a real incident, the test that I did was excellent, good clear communication. It has given myself and my family peace of mind that should there be an incident at home, the response from lifeline will be effective.”

“My wife had several falls recently, fortunately when I was present, but due to arthritis was unable to get up unaided. Lifeline 24 provides peace of mind at those times when I am not around. In particular the Fall Detector is helpful in her case.”

“Excellent so far..delivery as promised...initial set up easy even for technophobes....kindly, helpful, clear speaking and patient responders. Thankfully my dad hasnt had to use the device as yet but it certainly has given me , his daughter, some peace of mind and i am sleeping much better. Value for money i would say. Thankyou. Jude”

“I have recently purchased this for my mum for peace of mind for herself and all the family. Easy to set up very friendly staff very helpful. It's always difficult at first with many changes for a loved one but my mum is feeling much more relaxed about having this near her.”
