“Excellent friendly and efficient service. When lifeline activated following mother in law falling we were quickly notified and updated whilst on way to her address. A person from lifeline continued to speak with mother in law until we arrived at her address and continued speaking with us until we decided what further action was required. On other occasions the lifeline has been activated accidentally usually by young grand children however lifeline have always responded in a patient ,friendly and professional way.”

“It is so comforting to know that someone is there for me 24 hours a day! Even when I accidentally set off my alarm, I am greeted by a friendly and caring person! Being disabled, and fully aware that if I should have fall (which is impossible for me to get up from!) I don't have to worry -- someone is always there for me. It would break my heart to have to leave my home, so thank you so very much! -- and a very merry Christmas to you all!”

“I bought this for my father after he dislocated his new hip relpacement. He loves it as he is on his own,and mainly independant, and was worried if anything happened again ,he might not be able to reach me. The pendant has given him confidence to again be independant. The key safe is brilliant as we can now enter his home if anything should ocurr.”

“Only had Lifeline 24 for 4/5 months and find it very good,the main unit is in the kitchen but I can still hear it upstairs.”

“I am happy to choose the VERY GOOD rating for the following reasons: - the setting-up was very easy - the equipment is user-friendly - all the staff we have dealt with are friendly and efficient - there is minimal day when I run the monthly test, usually no more than 20 seconds. I would happily recommend your product and your service to others.”

“A very good system. I feel a whole lot safer, knowing I have a button at hand that I can press to get immediate help. I also like the convenience of being able to answer phone calls from my chair, invaluable with my mobility problems.”

“we have not had to use the service much but if and when we did or do it seems fairly prompt. I would think the slight delay between ringing the Help and being finally connected to a person is a little worrying.”
