“It arrived overnight and was easy to install and test. Thankfully my father hasn't had to use it in an emergency yet. He wears it on his wrist and can't feel it at all, even in the night. It's a great comfort to know he now has help at hand round-the-clock.”

“Bought this as a bit of peace of mind for my brother and me . So far Mum has not had to use it but she has inadvertently caught the call button. Immediately they have contacted her and dealt with the mishap with good humour and professionalism. The unit came less than 24 hours from purchase and took very little time for set up. Very pleased.”

“Excellent service, equipment arrived the next day as promised. Easy to set up and test - I had been reluctant to have a lifeline but following a nasty fall; I recognised that this was a sensible option to retain my independence at home - my family and I now feel more secure in the knowledge that I can get help in an emergency even if they are all at work.”

“Delighted with Lifeline 24. Everything was very straightforward, even I could manage it.(I freak out at New gadgets). Helpful staff when testing it.I feel 100% safe now living alone, you can't put a price on that. Love the key safe no more worries about locking myself out.Highly recommend this company, which I am doing to my friends. Thank you.”
