“such a good service very easy to organise for my mum. After she has had 3 falks it has given us peace of mind that she can contact us very easily. easy to set up the voice box is very loud and the range is great. very helpful polite advisors would recommend”

“I ordered my Lifeline on a Sunday afternoon on line and it was delivered on Tuesday morning. Can't grumble with delivery. It took me 15 minutes or so to get connected because the instructions were very simple. I struggled for the last three years caring for my dear wife who had dementia and she had several falls. Unfortunately I have now lost her. She had several falls but I was stubborn and would not take my families advice to get a lifeline. I had a fall in my back garden and could not get up so I had to crawl into my house during the pouring rain and managed with great difficulty to tele my son and I ended up in A & E. If I had a lifeline then things would have been less painful. The service from Lifeline24 was excellent. The only comment I would like to make is that the wrist strap is very delicate and think it will not last very long.”
