“Equipment delivered as promised next day and set up took less than 30 minutes and although I would consider myself technical anyway it could have been done easily by any of the family following the instructions. Completed all tests very quickly with guidance from very helpful and friendly Lifeline 24 people, who answered all calls very quickly who also answered any questions or concerns we had completely. We installed this for my 90 year old Mother-in-law who now feels so much securer and safer in her own house not only from having the unit in the house but how the call centre answered the calls and dealt with our questions.”

“Delivery was very prompt. It was very easy to sort out all the relevant details on the phone with a helpful operator. Setup was also a breeze with another two helpful operators talking us through the initial tests. The coverage is very good so even gardening will no longer be a worry.”

“Thankfully, my mother-in-law hasn't had to make use of her Lifeline 24 yet, but from our point delivery was very quick, filling out the registration form was straightforward and making the test calls was easy and the call handler was very pleasant.”

“Peace of mind and knowing that I can get help if I need it also as I do not have family close by it also means a lot to them to know that I will be able to get help. Very important if you live alone....I had a few questions I needed to ask and found the young lady I spoke to helpful and most polite and explained clearly everything I needed to know..”

“Friendly helpful staff. Amazingly quick delivery of equipment. Ordered one day received the next.Easy to set up and operate. Fortunately not have to use it yet but it gives me, the carer, more ease of mind when I leave the house and know my wife has a Lifeline.”
