Obviously I haven’t used the alarm as yet, but it was easy to set up and the testing system was very thorough.

Having had a fall in recent weeks and needing the ambulance service to come out to assess me and get me back on my feet prevented me in having a long lie. The only reason I didn’t was because my daughter was at home. Now I feel completely reassured that having a life line and a key safe should I require help in the future I just need to raise the alarm and help can be arranged My confidence has increased and my anxiety reduced. And finally excellent value for money.

Just set up my wife's Lifeline 24 alarm. It was very easy to do. The person in the call centre was very efficient and polite, and explained how and what to do. Also we had to contact the centre about amendind a phone number and the person there was also very helpful. We hope that we do not have to use the Lifeline 24, but if we do, we are confident that things will go very well.

Excellent service from Lifeline. Not good on Royal Mail tracking, not updated frequently enough & unit arrived with only second update message. Private couriers are much better.

I spoke to a lady from noble I found her very Helpful and people on the Alarm are very caring it doesn't matter what time it is they are their to help you and they do a very good job. I Thank Them All.

Agent listened to my father’s needs and helped to direct me to the best option to support him. Items arrived promptly were easy to set up and test and the contact sheet was quick and easy to complete. Loved the addition of a wrist and pendant to enable us to switch between the two without the need to order extra. This is my second alarm as I also have one for my father in law.

Please make sure you take a photo of what is in the box upon recieving it. As you will be charged £49 for a pendant that was never used or seen

Order for my dad on the recommendation of the hospital, paid the £154 out of his pension. Didn’t get home had to go to respite tried to cancel and get a refund. As it was over the 30 days they will not give a refund. It had not even been opened or activated I am disappointed in this service and would not recommend.

Although i found it a little daunting to install, i did it. Check you have a power supply before you start, otherwise you’ll be like me, and have to buy an extender to complete the install. My mum was impressed by the friendliness of the Lifeline team who tested the alarm and this put her mind at rest.

Your policy of not part refunding annual payments when someone dies (4 months in) leaves a very bad impression of your company. It makes you seem mercenary and we will not be recommending to others
