1st my telephone conversation was very helpful I did not have a clue but the chap was well informed and I ordered. I filled in the details online lost it as the save for later did not do it's job. But I typed again. It arrived the next day we plugged in and tested with a very helpful lady all is go

I am writing this for my wife as she cannot use the computer due to very impaired vision, she is very happy with the system which was easy to install and to use. The ordering was reasonably easy and the delivery was quite amazingly fast. I would recommend this item to anyone who was looking for a similar system.

Hi, Just become a new lifeline 24 customer.So far service good,but very disappointed being charged £35 for setup fee,for data and admin !,when other companies "set up" means that they come to your property and physically "set the system up"!!!!!

If you do require any further guidance, please give our friendly Customer Services Team a call on 0800 999 0400. We have a team of Technical Experts on hand who would be happy to talk you through this process. As well as the initial administration involved in setting up your account, our new customer set up fee also covers the cost of pre-programming of the equipment so that it can arrive with you as plug and play. In addition to this we do not charge any further administration fees for the lifetime of the account and you are able to make as many changes to the information we hold on file as you would like. Customer Service operative very helpful and made ordering quick and easy, now awaiting our unit, so my mum can remain in her own home, giving us confidence someone is there should she need them.

So far the service is excellent, the equipment was easy to set up with very clear and simple to follow instructions, the testing process is good, going through several step to test range etc. My daughter is able to leave me alone, knowing if I get into any bother, I can press the button on my wrist and she can be contacted quickly. The call centre all seem very nice, efficient and friendly and know my name when the button is pressed and they respond.
