“Easy to order on line. Prompt delivery with clear instructions on how to activate. Friendly voice on the end of the telephone when testing the device.”

“I have already submitted a review in which I said that delivery time taken was quick, setting up the kit was easy and you instructions were clear. It was tested satisfactorily and will be tested each month. I do have peace of mind now and cannot comment on how well the system works until tried. It was only received a week or so ago.”

“Mother-in-law has had the pendant for about three months and needed it last week as she had fallen. The call came through to us very quickly and we were able to get around and help her up. This offers peace of mind for her as well as us!”

“ordered alarm and pendant - completing all contacts and medical information etc online which was very clear and simple to do. Alarm arrived within 24 hrs and was setup and tested within 1 hour - can't get better than that ! Excellent service Thank you”
