I set this up for my 76 year old mother. Very easy to set up and was talked through the testing process. I will be widening the range though as only done it for about 50 metres which isn't enough.... So set it as far as you can.

The pendant has a range of 100 metres from the alarm unit so should cover her within the home and garden. I brought this for my mother-in-law as she has been ill, it arrived on time, and was easy to install. Very pleased with the product so far.

Amazingly quick delivery, ordered late afternoon Friday and package arrived before 9.30 a.m. the following day (Saturday), Very easy to install, kind and patient staff at the end of the line. Definitely recommend.

Not sure yet,but reasonabley happy with it,the strap is not very good ,so I purchased a watch strap,no know was on my wrist!service seems good,my sons going to do the tests as I’m deaf! But THANKYOU,I can now hopefully sleep better with less worry

As I have only recently received my alarm I can't review it except to say it was sent very promptly and my daughter had excellent help when installing it. I hope I will not have cause to use it but glad it's there in case

The application was acted on promptly; the device arrived the following day. However, the information sheet was another matter; I made two attempts online to complete the form, in each case getting a fair way through, when the computer refused to accept the accuracy of what I was writing. This was apparently due to malfunction. I was starting to malfunction by this time, but the office member got a paper copy through to me quickly. The device has been installed and tested, and I expect it to function as required.

Only 3 days after installation of the Lifeline 24 my 97 year old mother fell in the early hours and help was on hand guickly. The best investment we could have made for her. She is now recovering well from a hip operation. Thankyou so much everyone.
