“The alarm arrived when it was planned, testing the system was easy with Lifeline staff very helpful and polite . Product looks and is good quality. Gives me piece of mind that my parents are now still independent but safe.”

“Following my father falling in his home decided to have Lifeline installed. Ordered on line which was quick and easy. Set up straight forward. Has given my father the confidence knowing help is just a ouch of his pendant away. Would recommend”

“Got this for my mum. She does not mind wearing the band as it's very light. The alarm is very easy to set up. The only thing i would say is the signal on the box is not great you have to look around in the house or where you will be and try and get a good signal. And the key that stays outside of my mum's house is ok took a bit of time to set it to a password. But I can say it does give a peace of mind.”

“Purchased Lifeline 24 Fall Detector for my elderly Mum. Very easy to order online,and simple to connect the unit at home. We have had a couple of false alarms but the staff on the other end of the line have been brilliant and very reassuring. I feel so much more at ease now knowing that my Mum can stay safely in her own home and that help would soon be on its way should she ever need it.”

“It has made me feel more relaxed in knowing that if I am out at work or away from home my wife is safe. The knowledge that I or the emergency services can be contacted if need be gives me peace of mind. The staff were excellent in the setting up process”

“I did not purchase this for myself, but for an elderly cousin and his wife. They are both wearing the wrist bands and are feeling less vulnerable in the knowledge that if they have a fall or need help, there will be someone on hand and they will not be lying on the floor for several hours as they have been in the past.”

“My telephone call was handled professionally and the person was very helpful. Delivery was swift and I received the alarm next day. “Have just purchased a lifeline 24, Complete service quality in setting up, Was reluctant at first to have one but now I have it gives you independence back and safe in the knowledge there is someone who will always be there Day or night”

“As I have only just registered my lifeline the only thing I can comment on is the good service I have received especially with help getting started. I hope I never have cause to use it but it has given me security knowing that it is there should something untoward happen.”

“My husband has mobility issues and has had a couple of falls. I had become frightened to go out and leave him. I can now go out and know that if there are any problems, he just has to press the lifeline button, and the staff will either contact one of my nominated contacts or they will get in touch with the emergency services if needed. It has taken such a weight off of my shoulders and enables me to relax if I go out.”
