The Lifeline product was brought for my mum to give security for her and peace of mind to me and my family. The form was quite straight forward providing you had all the relevant information to hand. The product was delivered within 24 hours or next day as was stated. However the only problem my mum seems to have with it,it is quite sensitive and a slight knock sends a signal to signify a problem. Fortunately everything was ok,but mum was embarrassed when the call centre kept calling.

Only just set up the service and have been very impressed with everyone we have come into contact with - all have been very professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. The service gives both Mum and the family peace of mind.

The service couldn't have been any easier from start to finish. The order over the phone went smoothly and I received notifications almost immediately by email. This allowed me to complete the CRF to enable the service to be activated. By the time I came to install the unit for my aunt, which was extremely easy, the service was live and the test with your control was over in minutes. My aunt is now very happy that she will now have 24 hour assistance should she have another fall and is unable to get to the telephone. Many thanks.

The Lifeline has given our family reassurance that if mother in law has a fall or taken unwell she can get help quickly. One thing we would have liked is a phone call to all the numbers to ensure that they are correct.

Excellent start- package arrived earlier than expected and when my brother set it up today he said how easy it was and then when we tested it three times today the service was excellent. Peace of mind for us and easy to operate for our dad so thankyou.

I have only had my lifeline 24 for a few days so I don’t know yet how efficient it is. Buying it was extremely easy, the salesperson was very helpful.
