“I found them very polite, helpful and so prompt in sending me the "life line." I have not done anything about putting a key 'box' out as I am trying to sell this house. I am also trying to have more door keys cut, but this is proving difficult because it is a German make and very different!”

“From the initial call made, to the delivery of the instrument which was very prompt, there has been help and courteousness. My only reservation is that the setting up of the system is made to appear much easier than it actually is for the uninitiated.”

“Excellent phone service from lifeline 24 but when we went to connect the alarm box one of the people from the call centre was abrupt & impatient luckily i had taken the call as my 82 year old dad would have got confused”

“As an 82 year old lady living on my own I received the package as expected and had it installed and checked, literally within 10 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, the only difficult bit for me was getting down on the floor to plug things in. Excellent service, wish there was more like this.”
