Overall I was very pleased with the service and corospondance i recieved , after my original box / set up failed probably due to my Landline not oerating properly , which was dealt with fairly prmptly , my daughter helped me set the new alarm up which arrived the next day , she was also very pleased , so many thanks good to know i can rely on ' LifeConnect ' .

Bought this about a month ago for my elderly dad who wants his independence but has had falls and hospital admissions. I can honestly say that, since the purchase with Joss over the phone, to receiving it, installing it and dad having it on him, it is a massive help to me and stops me constantly worrying over him. Dad has accidentally set it off quite a few times and I've been called each time whether I've been in work or home - they call both numbers to contact me which proves how good the system is and how well it works. Your operators are always courteous and accept that accidental set offs are common with the elderly which is wonderful. Thank you for such a great service.

I am now using the lifeline pendant and feel comfortable and safe with it,the gentleman who first explained it to me was so helpful and patient with me I'm so sorry but I can't remember his name but hopefully you may be able to find him an deliver my thanks

I have just rang to order a new wrist alarm for my father, the gentleman Tom was unhelpful and I found his manner to be very dismissive. He made me feel very uncomfortable and didn't explain things in a clear manner. I certainly don't think that his customer service was of a good standard.

I mistakenly leant on my watch a couple of times and the help line activated immediately, so I have peace of mind to know you are there.

Seems to work well although the fall detector goes off too easily. However It is quickly answered which shows it is effective.

This was an utter shambles - Testing the unit the response was inaudible - We pressed the button on the pendant at 15.00 and I was finally called by the emergency team at 20.00hrs. If this had been a real situation my mother would have been dead.

On behalf of my very elderly friend, I feel aggrieved that, despite being told she would pay £135 annually, her second year with you is being charged at £179:88. This should have been made much clearer at the initial purchase.

Jos was so helpful over the phone, explaining how it all worked. Placing the order was very straightforward and it’s good to know we’re using/supporting a local Norfolk business. My father activated his alarm recently and family was contacted promptly to offer help. It offers real peace of mind.

When I found my alarm box wasn’t working, customer services were incredibly helpful in trying to resolve the issue. In the end they’ve replaced the faulty box straight away and without any difficulty. They’re very helpful and reassuring
