I have only had my Lifeline for a few days but I am very aware of the comfort it can bring. My late husband had the necklace for many years and we were both extremely grateful for the first class attention he got. A friend installed mine as I am useless with anything technical and the bracelet is very comfortable and not at all intrusive.

The telephone support I received when enquiring about the product and the service was excellent. Delivery was received the next day and the installation and set up procedures were all very straight forward and my cover was up and running in no time. Thank you

After resisting advice to get a Lifeline, well we don't like admitting we are getting older do we, I have finally got one. What a relief to know help is there 24 / 7 now. Such lovely people at the end of the phoneline. Thank you so much

Order went well, and renewal subscription was taken 3 months early. Telephone service very good when used. Full annual payment was taken and the equipment was returned in 30 days due to the user being in hospital with long term problems. No refund was given despite explaining the situation. The one star is given as it was wholly unreasonable not to refund at least some money as the equipment was not used. Do not reply to telephone calls as promised and also emails. Simply frustrating and unreasonable.

I ordered the lifeline online and found it straight forward and easy to complete. The package arrived next day with clear instructions and quick to setup and carryout the test calls. Provides peace of mind for elderly mother.

I've recently installed a lifeline24 alarm. Despite some early problems the team in Norwich have been most friendly and helpful. Everything is now working well and I have every confidence that I will receive a quick response should I ever need help in the future. Jill Potts

So easy to order delivered the next day and easy instructions to set up staff you speak to are lovely and helpful. Would 100% recommend and very reasonable price compared to a lot of others my 84 yr old mother pleased as easy to use

Thankfully we've not had to use the alarm (yet). But it arrived the day after it was ordered, the set up was very straightforward, and it was very reassuring to hear it dialling out and the operator's voice clearly on the other end when we tested it. Thumbs up so far!

We spoke to a helpful salesman, the ordering process was easy. Delivery was fast and the installation process quite simple for an elderly person to follow. The alarm was tested and reassuring. We opted to pay quarterly in view of the elderly persons age. Would recommend.

This peace of mind it gives is priceless. It also gives me the confidence to live my life, instead of existing from day it day because it removes the fear of falling down, and no one would know. It is hard to express what stress that the mind experiences, when you are on your own for the first time in over 44 years.
