“Online ordering of Lifeline 24 was very simple, easy to navigate and complete. The actual item was dispatched at 1700hrs on the day of order and was received first thing the following morning. Set up was again a simple process and easy to understand. Making sure the system worked was conducted efficiently and politely by the call centre staff.”

“We have only just set up our Lifeline24 support service but we have received an excellent service so far, we set up our account over the Christmas/New Year period and were warned that there would be a delay in receiving our equipment but it was received within 48hrs and the staff have been most helpful and efficient.”

“Everything was fine and as expected. Delivered on time everything was intact and very good instructions to follow. My son soon had it fixed and checked as requested by a very nice polite receptionist. I am happy I decided to buy a lifeline 24 personnel alarm meter I already feel more confident.thank you.
