“Received the lifeline alarm the following day after ordering. Completion of the relevant information required was straight forward. I installed the alarm after Lifeline informed me that they had received all my contact details. Installation was very simple and the alarm was up and working in 10 - 15 minutes. Very happy with the service I have received from Lifeline and would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Having had a recent fall in my garden, during which I was not badly hurt, it was suggested by a friend that as I live on my own and could not have been seen by any neighbours or passers by, I should consider using your service especially at a time when few people are around to hear cries for help.”

“Great initial service. Delivered very quickly, instructions were a little confusing but the set up worked. Only problem was that my mum bought a second emergency button and it is yet to arrive even after a phone call when we realised it was missing.”
