Luckily I haven't had need to use my alarm but the service has been very good like when my control box was faulty it was replaced in one day

Yes I have got peace of mind now I was always worried about going upstairs, the people I spoke to at the other end were kind considerate and understanding so far nothing but praise

you were meant to send paper work for the details of emergency numbers, yodate this hasn't arrived and therefore I have not been able to use the equipment, which also arrived a day late. So far disappointed.

No problems, and no negative feedback from me! Reason you renewed the base machine is because the little red light on the previous one was constantly flashing and there seemed to be a fault somewhere. the replacement arrived next day! Thanks!

Disappointed with inability to contact you on phone. Took two days ringing and hanging on. Alarm apparently going off even when it is in bedroom and not being worn. Saying I have had fall but have not. Wish I had not taken it on. Dont wear it any morevv

Jos was very knowledgeable and guided me through the different designs ensuring we purchased the right one for mums needs. Also spoke about the importance of a key press for ease of access if required but was not pushy talked through the options and we did purchase. We still need to set mum up but hopefully will do this today giving us peace of mind.

Very disappointed, I cancelled my husband’s subscription as soon as the renewal was received as he has now gone into a care home. However the monies were quickly taken from my bank anyway and I was told they would refund as soon as I sent the equipment back. I did this straightaway and received Notification to say a refund would be sent. However 12 days later it appears they are still having problems in carrying out the transaction and the money has not yet been refunded.

My replacement unit does not compare to previous item. new model has single button operation that i have already had false alerts while wearing in everyday occurances. when testing new model there is considerable dealy in response from call handler, who was not helpful by answering call with "what do you want" very rude and for a person who can have difficulty speaking not helpfull. also volume on new unit does not compare to previous. all elements of new unit shows a dramatic drop in service

I had a fall this afternoon and am blown away with the response from LifeConnect. I was in the garden but could hear the response team calling me although they couldn’t hear me. Having only had my alarm for a week I am so impressed especially as I didn’t press the alarm. The Fall Detector is worth its weight in gold!
