I am so pleased that I made the decision to have a lifeline. I now have peace of mind especially at night that there is someone at the end of the line if I need them. I live alone so I am grateful for this.

I’ve set this up for my mother in law. We’ve only performed the tests upon installation two days ago but all went very well thank you.

Purchased for an elderly relative, no way would he have been able to install it himself. Your web- site says there will be a paper copy of the detail form in the box but in the box it says paper form only available if requested! The key box we received is not the easiest to use & on the phone I was not offered a choice it wasn't the cheapest & on line- there was more choice.

Anyone contemplating purchasing a lifeline alarm should seriously consider whether they wish to take up the "special offer" of a reduced monthly payment by paying for 12 months in advance. My father only had his alarm for 2 months before he passed away and we then discovered that it was company policy that no refund would be due. This was not obvious to me when selecting from the options on the website

Arranged life line for my mum after a recent admission to hospital, set up was very easy. Thankfully mum has not used it yet so can't comment on how well it works, but it has given me peace of mind. Hopefully she will remember to push the button if she requires help. Hopefully it will alert us if she falls too. This was another reason for the purchase as she struggles to get herself back up when fallen previously and had had a really nasty cut to her face

Excellent ! The Staff that answer an accidental press are so kind which goes a long way with people who find themselves in a position. ie vulnerable they don’t want to be in ! Just one small thing, when I did fall the alarm didn’t go off , I did report it and was told it was to do with the position of me or alarm . ( Managed to get myself up ) advised to press alarm anyway if a fall occurs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful..as I said kudos to the Staff And the whole set up.
