The online information was clear and helpful. I made the order for the Lifeline pendant online. It was an easy process although it takes a little while to input all the information needed about my father and those on the contact list. All very thorough. Setting up and testing the personal alarm was easy. The operators who responded to the test calls were very patient, kind and efficient. My father feels confident that if he needs to activate the alarm he will be dealt with in a caring and efficient manner.

I feel more at ease and safe when I am alone in the house or garden. Also I feel at ease at night knowing that if my husband was unwell help would not be far away.

Lifeline24 system was easy to set up. On testing the alarm for the first time, the operator responded quickly and was very clear and loud over the speaker which is perfect for my grandmother who is hard of hearing. We’ve complete piece of mind now that she’ll get assistance ASAP once the alarm is raised.

My questions were answered swiftly and accurately, the alarm arrived a day after I ordered it and was easy to fit and test. I got it as "future proofing" for when I need it and already find it a comfort that I have done so. I am also pleased to have the key safe as I no longer worry about losing my keys.

I had only my Lifeline 24 a week when I collapsed at home. The Lifeline operator alerted my son who came and called an ambulance which took me into A&E where I was diagnosed with a urinary infection. Without my Lifeline 24 button I might still be lying there. I'm very grateful to Lifeline 24.

My mother had been completely (or do I mean fiercely?) independent until the age of 89, when she had a 'vascular episode'. Apart from the physical shock to the system, it threw her confidence but with the Lifeline she feels very happy again to be doing what she likes, when she likes, in her own house. Plus, from my point of view, the service was excellent, and the thing itself easy to set up and test.

With my farther working and or away, Lifeline 24 gives myself as well as the rest of the family a peace of mind when my mother is left alone. With an accidental triggering of the alarm it gave me full confidence of the full system as we were able to see the full system working as if it was a real situation.

My father in law contacted you this morning to call his daughter as he was unwell 1.5 hours later his daughter was not contacted by you it’s a good job his neighbour was about to call us as this could of been life threatening apaulling service
