“Equipment seems very good quality, and the range seems to be as quoted. Installation and testing is straightforward. The only problem with installation for me was finding a place which had both power and a telephone point (as there wasn't a power socket where I thought there was, so I had to put the unit elsewhere!). Having said that, the 3-metre cables for both power and phone line connection are generous (but if you site the unit a long way from the phone you will need another extension for the return phone connection!). Customer service beforehand, and during testing, was very helpful and friendly. Pricing for the Annual contract was misleading in that the price quoted is actually for 9 months plus 3 months free - I read it as 12 months with another 3 months free. That means it's more expensive than it looks at first, but is still much cheaper than several other similar-looking systems. I have already reported this when I ordered, and in post-order feedback, so hopefully they will change the website sometime soon to make it clearer.”

“Very quick dispatch by courier Easy to install by average person if you follow the instructions in less than 10mins. Quick call response if you push the alarm button to check it functions ok Would definitely recommend in Norwich and surrounding areas as local company”

“I got lifeline for my 90 and 86 year old in laws who live in a mobile home next to the house although very independent both getting frail and hard of hearing. It is just peace of mind for me knowing at press of button I can be there for them. Thankyou lifeline.”

“I dealt with 2 operators during testing. The first was clear and helpful. The second was abrupt - not even something like 'ok everything is fine. You're up and running.'. They just put the phone down.”

“Excellent service from Staff to whom I spoke on telephone, they were all very helpful.. However, the instructions with the keysafe SupraUK box were not at all clear. My son had great difficulty setting the code and only after speaking to someone at your office was he successful. The screws too were not very good 1 sheared off and they were very difficult to drive in. Is there any need for such long screws?”

“It was going to be set up Monday evening but as my wife was going to be out all day Tuesday I asked if they could do it that day which they did, it was all set up be tea time. Excellent service.”

“As I have only just set up my box and button I feel it is a bit early to be giving a review, hence I gave normal. Thankfully I have not had to put it to the test emergency wise. The set up was easy.”

“I ordered the system on the phone and Sales Advisor couldn't have been more helpful or supportive of our needs. The system arrived within 24 hours and the set up with simple and easy to follow. The system is now in place and tested. Testing was easy and with the exception of one cold person, the other 3 through the test function were very helpful, pleasant and courteous, with a reassuring manner about them.”

“Very good so far. Never had to call on it yet luckily, so can't comment on that, but the test call went easily and set up was easy. I like the call button - smaller and neater than some that my friends have, and it is important to me not to be too noticeable as I do like to dress well when I go out.”

“Everyone involved was polite and extremely helpful. The equipment was delivered very promptly and very easily installed. Your service costs half the price of the locally provided one and I feel confident that if we had to use it it would be most efficient.”
