“I bought the Lifeline24 for my father following a 2 month stay in hospital after he collapsed at home. The customer service myself and my father have received throughout the buying and follow up has been excellent. The system has given my father more confidence and a return to independence which he craved.”

“The equipment was provided very quickly. The telephone team were very helpful in setting up the equipment and it has worked very efficiently since installation. It is a vast improvement on the previous system we had which relied on my mother pressing the alarm herself after a fall; the automatic triggering of the alarm through motion sensors is a much better system, and we both feel much more confident it will help if she has another fall.”

“Following a fall, we have purchased a Lifeline24 Alarm for our Aunt. When our Aunt is in her flat she is able to use her Lifeline24 Alarm to alert someone that she requires assistance. The Lifeline24 Alarm is competitively priced and gives us peace of mind should an incident occur.”

“We purchased this for my 90 year old Mother ,easily organized and set up , she understands it ,and we have tested it as instructed .Looks neat on the wall ,It would of looked better if we could have shortened the cables ,but we understand you have to allow for all situations . Nice for me as a daughter to have peace of mind for my Mother's safety. Thank you Lifeline 24 .”

“The one question I had was answered immediately through a phone call which was quickly answered by a helpful customer service person. The ordering process was easy and the package arrived next day. Set up and subsequent testing of the system was very easy and did not affect my broadband connection (my main concern). Having installed the system gives me peace of mind that help is available if I should need it at any time.”
