We purchased and installed a personal alarm and key safe from Lifeline 24 without any problems. We found their customer service prompt and professional and the installation simple and straightforward.

Very helpful when setting all this up for my 97year old mother who was adamant she didn't want this or that etc etc. Finally convinced her it was for other peoples benefit and bought Lifeline 24. Extremely easy to set up. My questions were answered in depth and advisor showed great empathy and understanding. Ordered on Sunday and received by Tuesday. Although my mother has only had this a week or so, I feel so much happier and she is wearing the 'bracelet' all the time. Was advised that I could return whole package after 21 days - don't think I will be taking up this part of the offer.!

Lifeline has made me happy because I now have peace of mind that if my mother has another fall and is unable to get to the phone, she will be able to get the help she needs straightaway at the touch of a button.

Easy to contact, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, next day delivery.It was very easy to set up and my sister can even answer the phone without getting up and she has 24hr cover everybody very happy thank you
