“On the whole very satisfied, equipment was installed and working within a few days of ordering. My only concern was how long it took to respond to my initial test of my pendant, testing the actual box was answered immediately but the pendant seemed to take a lot longer, I did query why it took so long to answer and was told it was because they were very busy. I just hope that if I do need to call them in an emergency they are not busy!!! Marie Seaford.”

“My 92 year old neighbour wont wear the supplied elastic wrist strap as he says it gets in his way. He has made an alternative from a thin piece of velcro he got from elsewhere. I think this could easily separate from his wrist. He adamently refused to wear the neck strap”

“As a new customer I have not yet had to "press the button" except to do the set up which was all very easy and the call centre staff were very polite and helpful. Having Lifeline has made me feel less worried as I live alone and now know help is only a press away should I need it.”

“HAVING LOST MY WIFE 2 MONTH AGO I AND MY DAUGHTER WERE WORRIED IF ANYTHING HAPPENED TO ME AT HOME.SINCE PURCHACING YOUR ALARM SYSTEM AND KEY SAFE ALL THESE WORRIES HAVE NOW GONE KNOWING HELP IS AVAILABLE AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON.”

“Unfortunately, my mother never got to use the alarm because her health deteriorated quickly and she never left hospital. The alarm never came out of the packaging and has been returned. I await my refund”

“We set this up for my nan. We have found the staff very helpful and friendly. If we have had any queries or issues they have been very efficient, cannot fault their customer care service. The pendant gives the family and my nan peace of mind and it was so very easy to install and work.”
