“I ordered this for my mum. It came quickly and was very easy to install. The people I spoke to, to check that it was working properly were very helpful and patient especially when I checked that it worked in the garden! My mum is very happy with this alarm and found it easy to do a check after a few weeks. I also had a keysafe which was easy to understand but I did have to get somebody to fix it in mums porch. Overall, we are very satisfied.”

“Lifeline were very easy to order from, delivery was as promised very quick and well packaged. All the items of of good quality. Set up was easy as instructions were very good and testing was also easy. The response when we have tested the pendant has been very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with Lifeline24 and we all have more peace of mind for my mother in law who is vulnerable to falling.”

“It is rather soon to say how well the service works but so far I would rate the process as excellent. Clear instructions as to the set up, which was easy, and helpful staff. As someone living on her own I feel more secure knowing I can just press a button for help should I need it.”
