“I feel a lot safer now My pendant chain thing is broken I have asked for a new one but not received has yet. The long bit that goes into the round bit. The price is not to bad. Many people cant even afford this price which is a shame . Girls very friendly on the phone in fact I could feel I could talk to them has friends which is good... Thank-you..”

“Fast delivery and very easy to set up. I contacted the control centre using the device and went through the testing system process as instructed which took only 5 minutes. Very pleased with everything so far.”

“OK with delivery and instructions. Surprised however that I had trouble initially with the commissioning, and had to contact customer services for assistance to get the system up and running. Will test a couple more times before I have confidence in the system. D Brooks”

“Once l had made the initial inquiry to Lifeline 24 , in was all systems go. I filled in the contact details on line for who needs to be contacted if an incident occurs. The package arrived the following morning and was up and running by lunchtime. It has given me peace of mind that if I am away from home for any length of time, I know, should anything happen,my sister can use the the Lifeline system to summon assistance .”

“The service was 1st class, prompt and efficient. The equipment is of excellent quality and " it does what it says on the tin!". I can only hope that I never have to use the service Lifeline 24 is suppose to give!! Many thanks and I wish the company success in it' s endeavour to help people placed in similar circumstances as I find myself in.”
