“Alarm arrived next day as promised. New Customer form completed and uploaded over night and set up was quite straight forward the next day. Dad has needed to use it a couple of times as he has had a number of falls. No one was local on one occasion and lifeline24 had the emergency services out to him very quickly. Dad and all the family feel much more confident knowing help is immediately on hand if needed and we wouldn't be without now. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.”

“The lifeline was easy to order, arrived the next day and easily set up by my daughter. It was also checked at various locations around the house. Very helpful people on the phone at all times. My daughters are now reassured that help will be at hand if I should fall.”

“Following a series of falls at home and a spell in hospital I decided my elderly father needed additional support to allow him to remain in his own home. I was extremely impressed with the service offered, next day delivery and setting up and testing the alarm gave me reassurance that help would be on hand should he need it in the future.”

“Delivered on time, straightforward to set up and good service to activate. The only downside was being put on hold when activating which caused the red light to flash. A flashing red light equates to something different in the setup instructions.”

“We are still trying to install lifeline. Apparently you cant have it tested on Saturdays or Sundays and seeing as we work weekdays and cant get round to my Mothers until the weekend it remains un installed.”

“The package arrived very quickly as promised. We found the key safe very tricky to set up but it works well. I found that when we actually tested the system the instructions could have been made clearer I was given conflicting instructions by two separate people. My mother found it hard to understand the person on the line owing to their foreign accent and l realise this is not their fault.”

“I thought the £35 set up fee meant it would be fitted into my home. When I found out after delivery this was not the case the man who answered your phone just said I could send it back. I feel this is an appalling answer to give an elderly disabled person living alone who is looking for help. Since then I have been promised a return label (6 days ago) which still hasn't arrived ! And a full refund. I rang again yesterday and was promised one by 1st class post - still no label. I suspect you just want to keep my £178 as long as possible which is a dreadful way to treat someone. I need the money returned so I can purchase a lifeline from a firm who will come and set it up for me. I would NOT recommend your company to anyone else and I have told my MS group about my experience.”
