Very simple and easy to initiate. I had expected someone to bring it to install the system but it was fairly easy.

I chose the Vibby because I have occasional blackouts and the Vibby will activate if I hit the floor! I spoke to the Customer Service Team to find out which monitor would be best and how everything worked. They were very helpful. The equipment arrived as promised the next day and I then filled out the personal information on-line in order to be able to get the system set up the following day. You cannot get the system set up until you have provided all the personal information that they need in order to help you should you need it. If you do this by post it will delay the set up by a few days. Set up was easy although the team at the end of the phone didn't follow the same order for testing as in the leaflet but it all worked out ok. I chose the wrist option and find it comfortable to wear, I was concerned about wearing it in the shower but it's been absolutely fine and works even after a soaking! It's not only made me feel more secure, it's made friends and relatives less worried as they know I will get help should I need it.

Whilst the box was easy to fit I had problems when I activated it. The operator came through quickly and said she would shut down the unit whilst I went into the garden to press the button to test it. When I returned the machine was making an extremely loud buzzing noise which I couldn't cancel. I waited for some time and then tried pressing the cancel button and both of the red buttons which apparently made it worse as the phone kept dialling in. I was in the process of phoning you on my mobile when it finally cleared and another operator came through and we eventually sorted it out. I can only assume the first operator had a problem shutting the unit down.

Easy to set up , with clear instructions. Good communication for fitting the key safe and friendly and helpful fitter. The key safe arrived separately from the lifeline box. Did have to phone to check when it was arriving as installation booked and we didn’t have the key safe.

Very impressed with the product at the moment. My mother has been using it for a week now and feels much safer when she is on her own. As her son, I now have much more peace of mind knowing she can call for assistance if it is needed. It has been triggered by accident once or twice, while she is getting used to it and the response has been first class. Very helpful people to deal with. The lifeline arrived in less than 24 hours after placing the order and only took minutes to install and set up, excellent service.

Was really impressed from the 1st phone call when ordering unit. I followed the tracker to see when it would be delivered and it arrived 2 mins early. Setting up was easy and the lady who ran through the tests with me was great. I've sent 2 emails 're info I forgot and got replays very quickly. During first week had 2 power cuts and it's reassuring the unit puts your mind at rest cos it tells you there's power failure. Loving it so far just hope I don't have to use it! Have put in my diary to do the monthly pendant tests so I don't forget as well. Think it's money well spent to know I'm save. Happy days,thank you so much.
