Avoid paying upfront . My elderly father in law ended up in hospital after a fall and is likely to be there for a considerable time (12 weeks so far). Contacted the company as we don’t need this for the foreseeable . As we paid up front they refused to cancel the subscription or refund any premium . Should we have paid monthly we would have been able to cancel without penalty. Disappointing customer service as a loyal customer . Shall not be restarting but using an alternative company from now on .My advice , avoid .

Our Customer Services Team received a call requesting to put the account on pause whilst it could not be used, and given the circumstances we have gladly done so for the period you mentioned. This will be reviewed nearer the time, so you are not losing any of the time on the account. We do offer a discounted rate if you choose the Annual Plan. So Far so good! All set up, with easy to follow directions. One suggestion for when advising new customers. I tried to find the form unsuccessfully as it is not available on your website, contacted for help in finding the form on line, the operator was unable to suggest where else I might find it and could not help. Today, not having received any e-mails from you, I had a brainwave and checked my 'junk mail box' and there they were! My suggestion is that when operators are faced with a similar quandary, they advise the person to check their 'Junk mail'! All tested successfully and I appreciated the cheerful reassuring voices of the 3 people I spoke to. Thank you.

I have no idea whether or not this unit works because an important item (specialist phone lead) was missing from the package, so after wasting numerous hours trying to connect it, this item had to be ordered seperately. My mum is still without cover.

I am very disappointed to hear this as it is definitely not the level of service we aim to provide. Box has arrived so I drove down to set it up. No phone to unit cable. No button. No lanyard or wrist strap So far not great!

The unit arrived within 24 hrs, set it up. Tested, the red button, fob. Spoke to two, lovely ladies Can go back to work now knowing my wife is ok. Brilliant

Bought the fall monitor for my mother in law . Set up and testing was very easy and the response test calls were clear and easy to understand with the lovely friendly agents. This purchase will give us all that extra peace of mind .
