“Just purchased a lifeline pendant for my elderly infirm sister, it arrived the next day and after a quick easy install ,it was up and running after 24hrs.A marvelous product for assistance and peace of mind for the family knowing someone is at hand in case of emergency.Couldn't believe how cheap it was, i knew about Lifeline as my mother had had one some years ago.Very helpful staff. Many Thanx K.WILSON”

“I can't praise these people and the support they gave me enough. From asking them 100 questions before purchasing, to having the equipment delivered in less than 24 hours and finally help with setting up, they were marvelous. It's a shame a few more support teams in the country don't follow their example! Thanks so much to all who helped. Now my mother has her fall detector alarm, the family are more relaxed. Great job! :)”

“I had to change my original lifeline and they tried to get us to change to ANOther. I wasn't happy with what they were offering so I looked on the web. Lifeline 24 stood out. I emailed them with them query, I had a great reply back and took it from there. I have paid for a year in advance. Within 24 hours I was all set up and it is working fine. The telephone tea, were delightful and understood my concerns.”

“The customer service line have been without exception extremely helpful on the several times I have spoken with them. The telephone care team who answer when the alarm is sounded, were very helpful when we set up and tested the alarm. One happy customer!”

“After my brain injury 12 years ago I've had mobility problems. I thought I was becoming very independent but I had a fall in my garden and realised I had to have a bit of help. I now feel so much more confident in my garden and the ordering and setting up process was brilliant - they were so helpful and treated with me with respect. Because I'm not elderly and because of my brain injury problems I thought I'd feel intimidated but nothing could be further from the truth”

“We've only had the unti a week, so this comment is from the perspective of researching it, ordering and installing it. The website was very clear in terms of how the whole Lifeline system worked, and costs were clearly laid out, making comparisons with other products easy. The ordering process wa simpel and delivery very quick - next day. Self installation is very straightforward and what I like about the base station and the pendants is that they are very simple and clear - what I call "Fischer-Price like", so easy to comprehend for my aging parents. The testing set-up worked fine, including being able to connect from a long way down our garden which I had been slightly worried about. My mother has embraced wearing her alarm pendant since it's very lightweight and unobtrusive. So far, very good - thanks”
