“very satisfied. unit arrived in 2 days. i found the phone connection difficult to sort out but my grandson connected the whole thing in 5 mins, so it was just me. but its nice to knowi have peace of mind and so do my family.”

“Good hardware, worked first time, easy to install. Slightly confusing instructions: On the box it said setup and press the button: In the instructions you had to go online and fill in a form (or post it by snail mail). I chose online, waited a couple of days & then tested the button. Quick ring back and they knew who I was . So all was well. I do suggest that one or other method is used, not both.”

“Quick efficient ordering and delivery. When alarm activated service was first class. Have had occasion to speak to office-everyone very helpful and sympathetic-leaving a feeling of 'we are not alone!' Thankyou”

“My wife has had to press her button 4 times now and immediate help was offered by caring staff at the monitoring center, I wish i had got her one ages ago, and it was delivered next day and a breeze to set up!”

“So far so good! It was very easy to order online, the alarm arrived the next day and was simple to instal. Mum likes to be independent but at aged 90 and recently diagnosed with cancer I was concerned about something happening when she is on her own. This gives both her and the rest of the family some peace of mind.”

“The first contact by telephone was great and your employee explained every thing so clearly and easily. This was very appreciated by an 85 year old. I was very happy to place my order and delighted it arrived at my home early the next morning. All set up and working a few hours later.”

“Arrived on time via a very efficient tracking system. The phone call to tell us the expected delivery time didn't happen so my mum had no idea and couldn't plan her day. I had to check tracking in order to tell her. System was well packaged and easy to install. Set up instructions were a little unclear, when the alarm button was tested there was an unexpected delay before we got a response. Insert the comment "and wait a few seconds for a reply from the centre before carrying out the next step". Once we realised the line was disconnected between button presses it was OK, we expected the centre to remain on line during each of the tests. Hopefully my mum will never need to press the alarm button but she is very happy to know she has help if needed.”

“I made enquiry over the telephone.The staff member Ellie was very pleasant,informative and supportive. The alarm was ordered online and despatched.I received the alarm the following day. The staff that I spoke to when installing the alarm were equally helpful and patient.I encountered a problem with my mother's ability to use the alarm and again a solution (easy press attachment) was suggested. Again I contacted Ellie who dispatched to item immediately. With this efficient service my family are co Disney about the support that lifeline will provide, so much so that I hope to purchase another alarm for another vulnerable family member in the near future.”
