“It gives me peace of mind. I had trouble setting it up initially, and they sent a new cord the very next day, and were very helpful on the phone.”

“Very easy on line ordering and kit arrived next day. Set up and testing was straight forward with support staff very helpful. It has given friends peace of mind that I call get help if ever it is needed again, having had a fall when I was on my own, which was the trigger for looking at the lifeline system.”

“Quick delivery, easy to buy online, very easy to set up. I can now do more around the house and garden, without the worry of falling, tripping up, and not being able to get up. Help would be on hand very quickly.”

“It has given both me and my parents peace of mind. My mother can leave the house knowing that if my father falls or has a problem he has the alarm. For me it means that I know if anything happens to my parents that help assistance will be there for them even if I can't be.”

“Quick and easy ordering process, and it was delivered promptly. Once set up and tested it has been easy to use. Only had one false alarm when I accidentally caught the button on my wristband on the bed. The quick call with a very friendly and understanding lady at the call centre reassured me it worked and I wasn’t a nuisance.”

“Bit of a rocky start, to be honest, when the alarm went off without prompting and in my absence - but after kindly-given advice this will probably not happen again. As a complete technophobe, I do appreciate kind advice in a world where we amateurs are so often looked down on! All well now: long may it stay so. AW.”

“It was easy to order and supply the details required. The package arrived within a couple of days as promised. Simple instructions to follow a simple plug in to the phone socket and you are up and running. A test call to Lifeline where staff are really helpful and then you have the comfort of knowing someone is always there to help.”

“From phoning order through to receiving the equipment it was all extremely efficient, the person I spoke to was very helpful, friendly and reassuring. The equipment arrived within 1-2 days. It was easy to set up and we did @ test to make sure it was working as it should which it was. Great peace of mind to know mum can contact someone if she needs to if she has a fall or a problem. Would definitely recommend this company.”
