Have just had a lifeline 24 installed and I'm very impressed with the service. I hope I'll never need to use it but have the security of knowing it's there if I need it

Investigated on website and then telephoned to make order when customer services were helpful in clarifying my queries - ordered and the pendant came next day as advertised. Easy to set up and test.

Very helpful people on the phone, and the unit was delivered promptly. Setting up is very easy. My only problem is that the instructions don't explain what all the lights mean.

My 94 year old cousin spent 48 hours on the kitchen floor as the pendant alarm didnt work. Unfortunately Lifeline didnt work out the pendant wasnty working until after the accident. This will have accelerated her death.

The setup guide didn’t match the product. Ie it said to press the big red button that isn’t on the wrist band. However customer service on the phone was prompt, and explained all the step we needed to go through to test the alarm.

I purchased the pendant that plugs into the main not the telephone, it worked well. Then I tried the gps pendant the first one didn’t work and the second pendant was not much better it only worked well at home this was due to our patchy signals. . Both those have been returned.

I will be pleased too write a review when I receive a watch I can wear!!! Both the watches you sent me have the buckle side of the strap round the wrong way !! I have returned one for your comments .If I cou!d take it off and turn it around I would but its too tight.I await your reply and hopefully awatch I can wear Regards. Pat Bonwick

Appalled with such a large increase of 40% per month for my parents alarm(21.91 to 30.58). No notification about increase just taken on my recurring CC

I am very pleased with the Lifeline 24. I have extremely sensitive itchy skin and was a bit concerned that it would aggravate this but in fact it is very comfortable on my wrist and very lightweight so that I am quickly getting used to it and after only a week hardly notice that it is there.
